Shipping & Delivery

1. How will my item(s) be shipped? How long it will take ?

We will use express shipping methods such as DHL, Fedex, TNT to get the products to you as soon as possible. Usually take 3 – 6 days to all major destinations, the fastest shipping method worldwide so far

Note: The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time.

2. How much would it the shipping cost ?

Shipping fee is determined by your products weight, order sub-total and your destination. You will be informed with "Estimate Shipping Costs " which will be displayed by adding all items to shopping bag.

We currently ships orders via carriers who offer international shipping services at a competitive price, we've been cooperating with DHL, UPS and Fedex to ensure your package be safely delivered.

3. Who is responsible for custom duties incurred ?

It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fee that might be charged from delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country's custom policies.

NOTES :

1. Usually we will process your order once you finish your payment. But sometimes, we have to verify your order before we process it by sending you an email or calling you. Your cooperation will be much appreciated.

2. Please provide us a detailed and correct delivery address so that we can deliver your order successfully. The customer will bear full responsibility of the lost if the parcel was lost on the way because of a wrong delivery address.

3. We're sorry, but we can't change the delivery address of your parcel once your order has been shipped out. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the mail carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

Shipping Address

All parcels will be held for picking up if cannot be signed or delivered. So please provide us with the most up-to-date, accurate and detailed shipping information with your phone number for the shipping. We will email you a tracking number after shipping, please track it online. If an item is returned because it was not deliverable due to an incorrect address, customer will have to be responsible for both the shipping and return charges. P.O. Box address can not be delivered sometimes.

We take great pride in our reputation for good service, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us via email.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.

Dress is not the size you ordered

Should your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you half the tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement. Other ways:

*Returns can only be accepted in 15 days after receiving.

*Shipping charges made on return orders are made at the customer's expense.

*All returns are subject to a 20% handling fee, we will deduct 20% of the total amount, and refund you the rest.

Return Invoice!!!

Please write sample or gift on the parcel instead of dress, and the value should be no higher than 40 USD, so that your parcel will pass the customs successfully, and we will be able to get, otherwise we will not acknowledge this return, thank you so much.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on thelafemme. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
